Tim Edwards
Tim, a native Austinite born at Bergstrom Air Force Base, has spent most of his life in the Austin area. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Physics and has dedicated his career to bringing precision and expertise to every project.
With over 30 years of experience in all facets of commercial construction, Tim is a seasoned industry veteran who approaches each project with a meticulous eye for detail. From fieldwork to executive leadership, his journey has taken him from laboring on a layout crew to mastering estimating, accounting, and project management. His well-rounded experience gives him a deep appreciation for every role on a job site, fostering strong collaboration and efficiency across teams.
Tim has successfully managed a wide range of projects, including microelectronics facilities, data centers, research and development spaces, ground-up hospitals, banks, educational institutions, retail centers, offices, restaurants, and downtown Class-A high-rise finish-outs. His ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects with strict budget and schedule constraints makes him an invaluable asset to any endeavor.
Beyond work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, scuba diving, and traveling the world with his wife to experience new cultures. Passionate about giving back, he is a dedicated supporter of Heroes Night Out and the YMCA. He also serves as a board member of the UMLAUF Sculpture Garden and The Brooklynn Miller Foundation and is the President of the TNC Foundation. We are proud to have Tim as a leader on our team.
