SHANNON MILIAN
General Superintendent
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Shannon Milian has a diverse background that includes carpentry, project management, and high-tech construction across multiple states. His career began in coastal North Carolina, where he worked in residential and multifamily projects before transitioning to commercial construction, traveling through Oregon, California, and Texas.
As a General Superintendent at Flintrock Commercial, Shannon leads the site superintendents, oversees schedules and field operations, and ensures that the company maintains its high safety and quality standards. He is passionate about team development and mentors the next generation of leaders, fostering successful project outcomes through collaboration and efficient systems.
Outside of work, Shannon is a multi-rated skydiving instructor with over 1,600 jumps. He spends his weekends teaching students and guiding tandem dives. His extensive field experience, leadership skills, and passion for people make him a valuable asset to the Flintrock team.
