Shannon Chapa
Office Assistant
Our Office Assistant, Shannon Chapa, is a rare native Austinite with over
seven years in construction. Her previous roles as Project Coordinator for a
commercial general contractor and Sales Representative for residential
finishes have given her industry insight and the tools needed to deliver
exemplary project results. Some of her experience includes ground-up and
remodeling of office spaces, restaurants, schools, and churches.
Shannon also comes to us with over six years of experience in human
resources for retail construction which adds to her dynamic role here.
Her top priority is family as she is devoted to her husband, two children, and
their puppy.
She enjoys DIY projects, traveling the world, and is committed to being eco-
conscious.
Shannon is the bright, friendly face that greets each office visitor and one of
the many brilliant minds behind Flintrock Commercial’s projects. We are so
grateful to call her a member of our close-knit group.
