Rolando is a Native Texan from the Rio Grande Valley. He has been in the industry since 1994 and is a graduate of Texas State Technical College, where he earned an associate degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
After ten years in air conditioning and refrigeration, Rolando landed with the City of Round Rock, where he served as Superintendent of Maintenance & Facilities. In this role, he worked with other city departments, vendors, and contractors and was able to showcase his expertise in various realms, including operations, building and planning, project management, and janitorial services.
Rolando is a father to two: Semina, a senior at Texas Women’s University, and Rolando, a sophomore at Texas Tech University.
