Richard Spriggs

Superintendent

Richard Spriggs serves as superintendent for Flintrock Commercial. With over 40 years in the construction industry, he is an asset to our firm. Originally from Clovis, NM., he moved to Texas in 2017.

Richard started his career in underground digging, working as an electrician, a framer, and as an equipment operator which led to starting his own construction company. He would continue this path for 26 years. He’s been a consummate road warrior and an independent contractor for the Santa Fe Railroad as well.

Some of his expertise includes restaurants, hospitals, schools, multi-family, offices, and clean rooms.

Not only is Richard a talented superintendent and skilled craftsman, but he also served our country in the U.S. Navy. We are proud to have such a dedicated and generous leader on our team.

In Richard’s spare time, he enjoys building furniture out of reclaimed materials for friends and family. He’s also a strong supporter of organizations like Special Olympics and Children’s Miracle Network.
