Richard Spriggs
Superintendent
Richard Spriggs serves as a Superintendent for Flintrock Commercial. He is
an asset to our firm with over 40 years in the construction industry.
Originally from Clovis, NM, he moved to Texas in 2017.
Richard started his career in underground digging, working as an
electrician, framer, and equipment operator which led to starting his own
construction company. He would continue this path for 26 years. He’s also
been a consummate road warrior and an independent contractor for the
Santa Fe Railroad.
Some of his expertise includes restaurants, hospitals, schools, multi-family,
offices, and clean rooms.
Not only is Richard a talented superintendent and skilled craftsman, but he
also served our country in the U.S. Navy. We are proud to have such a
dedicated and generous leader on our team.
In Richard’s spare time, he enjoys building furniture out of reclaimed
materials for friends and family. He also strongly supports organizations
like Special Olympics and Children’s Miracle Network.
