KYLE ROUGEUX
Assistant Superintendent
Kyle was inspired to pursue a career in construction because of the industry’s daily challenges and the endless opportunities for personal and professional growth. After working in management roles in other industries, a colleague encouraged him to try construction. He started as a Project Coordinator on a wastewater project and quickly found his passion in the field, joining Flintrock Commercial as an Assistant Superintendent.
In his role as Assistant Superintendent, Kyle is responsible for supporting the General Superintendent with project planning and scheduling, overseeing field operations, and coordinating subcontractors. He ensures effective communication with stakeholders while upholding high standards of quality and safety on the job site.
Outside of work, Kyle is a licensed pilot and a national medalist in Formation Skydiving. He spends his weekends training with his team or competing at various events.
