Kristin is a seasoned Project Engineer with over five years of experience in the construction industry, spanning resorts, retail, restaurants, entertainment, and fitness sectors. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas State University, her career began at Disneyworld, moving to ESPN in sports event management, and evolved into resort and commercial construction.

Outside of Flintrock, Kristin enjoys coaching youth sports, watersports, running marathons, and spending time with her dog Ellie.

Bringing a versatile skill set from her diverse background, she navigates the complexities of construction work with insight and adaptability.
